Abstract content <br> (Max 300 words)
The strong enforcement on these research areas is stimulated by the unique size- dependent optical and electronic properties due to their quantum size effect.[1,2] Transition metal chalcogenides have been the focus of much attention because of their unique semiconducting properties as narrow band gap semiconductors and their extensive optoelectronic applications. The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by UV-Vis, Photoluminescence, TEM and XRD. The results showed the increase in particle size and an improvement on the dispersity as the temperature increased and a decrease in particle was observed as precursor concentration was increased.
