Return Road/Train Travel only organised as per Group Supervisor at particular Institute.
Group supervisors to claim back pre-approved costs (ref. admin@inkaba.org) with next IyA invoice by 30 Nov 2014 at the very latest. NMMU - AEON will arrange for refunds to institutes.
Groups to organise own return transport for Matjiesfontein - either by train or shuttle/small bus:
Gauteng - HartRAO, TUT, WITS, Potch - Dr Stoffel Fourie (TUT)
- Shozoloza Meyl fully booked on Sun morning 28 Sept (Now shuttle from Pretoria > ORT)
- Return (all) from Matjiesfontein Station on Fri afternoon, 3 Oct - to arrive Sat morning, 4 Oct at JNB Station. Shuttle return to Pretoria.
Cape Province -

All invitees are responsible for their own drop-off and pick-up arrangements to/from their relevant domestic departure points
Air travel and car rentals will be for your own account (unless you are a guest speaker)
