WINE TESTING & COCKTAIL FUNCTION

Join us for a tutored tasting of South African red and white wines, showcasing the very best that South Africa has to offer. The tasting will cover 10 wines from across Stellenbosch and will include a complimentary wine glass as a souvenir. The tasting will be followed by a cocktail function featuring more South African wines and a light finger dinner.

TOURS AND EXCURSION
|
On the last day of the workshop, Friday 6th September, there will be a full day excursion to Table Mountain, Robben Island and the V&A Waterfront. The excursion will include a cable car ride up/down Table Mountain and there is the option for a hike up the mountain for the more adventurous! This will be followed by a period at the V&A Waterfront where you will have time to relax, do some shopping, and take a boat ride out to Robben Island.

GAME PARK EXCURSION - SAT MORNINGOn the weekend immediately after the workshop (6 - 7 September) there will be an optional excursion toAquila Private Game Reserve, some 2 hours drive outside Cape Town.
