- All Lunches, Dinners, Tea Breaks will be provided for by GFZ
- Transport will be provided to collect, drop Students at venues as per programme, incl. GFZ
- SA Students must provide their own pocket money for snacks etc until such time as various flights are boarded, AND for leisure time spending Fri late evening, 30/11 after Closing Dinner of the Workshop
