1. Entrance : Access off Napier Road. See Map.
   1. There is no access from Barry Hertzog Avenue or Empire Road.
   2. Use 2nd Engtrance on Napier Road (nearer the Bridge, further from the robots.
2. Boom Gate : Security Staff to tick your name off in the Delegate List.
3. Reception : Entrance from the South and East side of the building. You will sign in at Reeption.
4. Registration : Please do this on Monday morning, at the SA-ESRF Workshop Registration desk in the Ground Floor Reception Area. If you are late, contact Tshepo Ntsoane - Conference Chair.
5. WiFi
   1. Use the RCFree WiFi : No Password, but you must wait for the dialog and click it to accept.

7. Sessions : 1st Floor
   1. Plenaries : Titanium Room
   2. Parallels : Gold, Sliver and Titanium Rooms
   3. Posters : Gold / Silver Room
8. Lunch :
   1. Monday and Tuesday in the Gold and Sliver Rooms
   2. Wednesday at Olives and Plates - Wits East Campus
9. Teas :
   1. Moday morning arrival and Wednesday morning in Reception area on the ground floor
   2. Otherwise in the Gold and Sliver Rooms
10. Restaurant : 3rd Floor
11. Sunset Deck :
    1. 12th Floor at own risk.
    2. Delegate Access only 17:00 onwards
    3. Acces by goods elevator to 12th floor
    4. Access by elevator to 11th floor then stairs to 12th floor
12. Stairwells : There are two stairwells
    1. As we are many delegates, please prefer the stairs where possible
    2. Central Stair Well behind doors from mid East side
    3. South Stair Well behinf doors from mid South side
13. Toilets
    1. Alternating Male and Female in the mezanines of the East Stair Well
