Conference fees
REGISTRATION FEES:
- Delegate (Early bird) R 5 000 (Late Registration) R 5 500
- Student (Early bird) R 3 850 (Late Registration) R 4 000
- Accompanying person programme (Early bird) R 2 200 (Late Registration) R 2 400
Note that registered postdoctoral students are eligible for the student registration fee.
ACCOMMODATION FEES:
Accommodation and meals at Kariega Game Reserve for the duration of the conference (arriving 6 May from 14:00 - departing 10 May by 10:00)
- Single room R 10 000
- Upgrade single room to include accompanying person R 6 000
- Shared room (per person) R 8 000
TRANSPORT FEES:
Transport (return) between Port Elizabeth airport and the Conference venue (per person) R 500
Arriving: transport will leave the Port Elizabeth airport at 13:30 on Monday 6 May, to arrive at Kariega at about 15:50.
Leaving: transport will leave Kariega at 09:00 on Friday 10 May, to arrive at the Port Elizabeth airport at about 11:00.
