Sponsorship Exhibition & Advertising Opportunities

The SAIP is inviting partnerships in the form sponsorships, exhibitors and advertisers for the CCP2016.  Available opportunities are

Sponsorship Opportunities Description
  1. Conference Banquet: This is the official conference banquet held on 13 July 2016 Evening
  2. Welcoming Cocktail Function: This is the official opening and welcoming of delegates to the conference, including buffet dinner and drinks. This takes place on the first evening of the conference 10 July 2016 evening
  3. Conference bags: Sponsorship allows the use of the sponsor logo, in addition to the conference banner on the chosen conference bags presented to all registered delegates
  4. Plenary / Invited Speakers: This covers the sponsorship of international flight, registration fee and accommodation for invited plenary speakers to the conference
  5. T-shirts: As is customary, a conference T-shirt or golf shirt will be available to delegates at an extra cost. If this item is sponsored, all delegates will receive a T-shirt free of charge, and the sponsor logo will be printed on the T-shirt in additional to the conference banner.
  6. Writing pads, pens: These may be provided by the sponsor and will be provided in the conference bags to each delegate for use during the conference. Logos and adverts may be placed on all these items.
  7. African Delegates Fees: Since this is the first time the conference takes place on the African continent we want as many Africans as possible to participate depending on sponsorship received.  This will cover regional flight, accommodation and registration fees
  8. Exhibition stand sponsor: An exhibition will be held on-site at the St Georges’s Hotel for the duration of the conference. Stands will consist of stand space with a table and 2 chairs. Limited space available due to high expected demand – please book early.
  9. Disadvantaged Students Support Grant – There are several students from previously disadvantaged communities who desperately need support to attend the conference.  A grant will cover their travel, registration and accommodation fees for the conference.
  10. Poster Session Refreshments:  At the poster session it’s a tradition to have drinks and snacks to encourage networking and discussion.  Each poster session can be named according to sponsor
  11. Promotional Materials Pamphlets, Flyers and Brochures: Sponsors can also support us by placing their advertising materials in our conference bags which will be given to delegates.
  12. Adverts in Conference Book of Abstracts: Companies can also support us through placing full page adverts in the programme book.
 
Benefits Description
  1. A pull-up banner is allowed to be placed for the full duration of the conference in the registration/refreshment area.
  2. Naming rights are given to the sponsor – e.g. The XYZ Conference Banquet, or ABC Welcome Reception etc.
  3. The sponsor is allowed to have his logo printed / placed on the sponsored material.
  4. A certain number of pull-up banners is allowed to be placed for the full duration of the conference in the main (plenary session) lecture hall.
  5. Exhibition stands are 3 m x 3 m and centrally located in the conference venue for high visibility.
  6. The number of guests for the Welcome Reception included in the sponsorship fee
  7. The number of delegates included in the sponsorship fee (full registration including access to all lectures, events, refreshments and lunches, excluding the Conference Banquet).
  8. The number of guests for the Conference Banquet included in the sponsorship fee
  9. Logo will be printed in the Official Conference Program Book.
  10. Promotional material (e.g. brochures, pamphlets, flyers, etc.) may be included in the conference bags (size and weight limits apply).
  11. Certificate of appreciation will be presented to the sponsor by the Local Organizing Committee.
