Wits is developing an electronics lab to serve upgrade needs of read-out electronics of the ATLAS detector. A first step in this program is the development of a test bench, the MobiDick4 system, for the readout and control electronics of the Tile Calorimeter. The architecture of the MobiDick4 system will be reviewed. Emphasis will be made on the re-design of the LED card.
