Registration occurs online - the Indico system of SAIP are being utilised. Attendance requires registration online at: http://indico.saip.org.za/event/ess1/ and close on Fri 2 August 2013
- Please note that this involves 2 Steps: (1) Create an user account on SAIP Indico and (2) Register to attend this event. (Should you have attended Inkaba workshops during 2012 i.e. ShaleGas (Feb.2012) and Annual - Germany (Nov.2013), you would have had to create a user account).
- Registration: R 2000 for complete event or R 700 per day
- A system generated Invoice (displaying payment details) will automatically be emailed upon registration

Inkaba Academics, Students (first consult Supervisor BEFORE registration)
- Registration: Only Inkaba students will be 100% funded by Inkaba yeAfrica
- INKABA Student Accommodation and Travel: to book online during registration
- A system invoice will be emailed upon registration. 0-balance invoices issued are for tracking of registrations and thus serves for your information only
- A system generated Invoice (displaying payment details) will automatically be emailed upon registration
- OTHER Academics : note reasonable recommended stays on the ACCOMMODATION-page, or, try http://www.safarinow.com/destinations/summerstrand/specials.aspx
- OTHER Student Accommodation and Travel: just indicate arrival and departure dates on registration form for admin purposes.
