Submission deadline
Call for Abstracts available
here.
Abstracts should not exceed 2400 characters (~300 words). You must have an account on the SAIP Indico system to submit an abstract or register. You may use the same login details as for SAIP2010. If you don't have an account on SAIP Indico, create one here, otherwise you may login here.
IMPORTANT: Greek characters pasted from another application such as MSWord should work, but fancy equations will probably not work. Subscripts and superscripts may be indicated using the html tags < sub > < /sub > and < sup > < /sup > (e.g. H2O is written H< sub >2< /sub >O) [Note: spaces within <> were added in this example for clarity; remove them in your abstract to ensure that the commands work properly.]
Once you have submitted an abstract, go to "View my Abstracts", select your abstract and click on "get PDF of selected abstracts". If your abstract does not appear formatted as you expected, click on the abstract and modify it until you get an acceptable PDF.
You may submit a short paper (~ 3 pages) for inclusion in the conference proceedings as well- more details will follow at a later stage.
