 \n\n \n\nWe are delighted to announce that the 4th Imaging with Radiatio
 n conference (IMGRAD-4) is going to take place this year. This is a bien
 nial conference that was previously hosted by Necsa (2013)\, Stellenbosch 
 University (2015)\, and Wits University (2017). However\, due to COVID-19 
 regulations the conference will be held virtual on the 4th and 5th of Au
 gust 2021. It is scheduled through a combined effort of Necsa\, Wits and t
 he Stellenbosch University instrument scientist responsible for the X-ray 
 computed tomography systems. The 3 systems were sponsored by the DST-NRF 
 and came into operation in July 2011.\n\n The organisers aim is to bring 
 the researchers and post graduate students together to showcase the output
  generated by these facilities. Most importantly is to build new collabora
 tive networks\, share information and strengthen the existing relationship
 s between national research partners in radiography and tomography that ar
 e using X-rays\, gamma-rays and neutrons.\n\nFORMAT:\n2 DAY VIRTUAL CONFER
 ENCE (Unlimited attendance)\n\nWe look forward to your active participatio
 n from 4th to 5th August 2021 through oral  presentations on your work w
 ith using penetrating radiation (X-rays\, neutrons and gamma–rays) appli
 cations in imaging (radiography and tomography). \n\n\nPUBLICATION IN SA 
 J. of SCIENCE:\nThe opportunity to publish peer-reviewed papers in the Sou
 th African Journal of Science through attending and participating in IMGRA
 D-4 is also recommended – your option to do so can be made during the AB
