Info for Delegates PDF
Registration is open at http://agenda.saip.org.za/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=3. Please note that payment before or on 30 August will entitle the delegate to a free gift (to be handed out at the conference). Registration CLOSE on 17 September.
PAYMENTS: Payments are due before the SAIP2010 conference. If you have not
received confirmation from the organizers that your proof of
payment has been received, please ensure that you bring a copy of the proof of
payment for our records. If no payment / proof of payment
have been received on your arrival, you will need to sign a form stating that
you take full responsibility for the outstanding amount.
CANCELLATIONS: Please note that all cancellations MUST be made via email to
saip2010@saip.org.za, with a R 250
cancellation fee
applicable. Cancellations must reach us by 17 September @ 23:59.
NO-SHOW: If you don't attend the conference and have not cancelled you will be
still be responsible for the full account.
Creation of a user on Indico does not imply you register for the conference as an attendee.

Registration for the scientific programme will entitle each delegate to:
- A conference bag, pen and programme
- Lunch and teatimes at the venue during the scientific programme (29 September
to 1 October 2010)
- Attendance of any session at the SAIP2010 conference
The fees are as follows:
