Modelling Stellar Convection
Presented by Mr. Sashin MOONSAMY
Type: Oral Presentation
Track: Track D1 - Astrophysics
We review Mixing Length Theory, comment on its effectiveness in modelling stellar convection, and compare and contrast it with competing theories. We also consider some of the numerical aspects related to the implementation of these theories.
